My technician, Brandon, was Awesome!!! Professional, efficient, very knowledgeable, and extremely patient when explaining what he was doing, why, and what to expect moving forward…felt confident in him, and comfortable that my issue was being taken care of….only pause was understanding the pricing from the mgt team: technicians came, finished the job, left, and I still don’t know the total amount for the job, and answers were vague when asked, which is unsettling. Gave 3 stars on pricing because I don’t know….

We had a plumbing issue occur earlier this week. Our HOA contacted Restoration 1 to come dry out the floors and check the walls. The team was very responsive and were at our home within a an hour of when they called. Johnson, Jamie, Deshawn, and Billy were professional, efficient, and communicative in the process.

I was very happy with the level of service from Johnson and Brennen. They listened to my concerns explained my situation and worked to fix the problem in a timely manner. Johnson went the extra mile to make sure to let me know when he would be arriving to avoid waking my newborn baby. I’m very grateful for his help.
